Spencer Schwarting is a Partner and Senior Financial Planner at Cornerstone Financial Group, LLC. Prior to this, Spencer served on the financial planning team at a large Omaha-based registered investment advisor. Spencer is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and earned a bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning and Business Information and Analytics from Creighton University.

At Cornerstone, Spencer helps clients achieve their goals by assisting in an array of complex financial planning topics including investment allocation, estate planning, risk management, tax strategy, and planned giving. Spencer’s passion is the “personal” aspect of financial planning. He strives to meet people where they are today, then develop a clear roadmap to arrive at their objectives, both tangible and intangible.

Day-to-day, Spencer works directly with clients actively planning to achieve their financial goals. He is also responsible for managing all aspects of Cornerstone’s business needs including operations and system development, growth, and training of team members.

Outside the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel, daughter Olivia, and their two German Shepherds, Triss and Odin. He is active and on the worship team at his church, King of Kings, is an avid hunter, and is always thrilled to pick up a new hobby.
